• Mainly responsible for fund management including cashflow distribution, waterfall, transaction-related activities and compliance reports;
• Coordinate the monthly closing process and prepare consolidated financial statements and annual statutory reports;
• Review financial statements of HK, PRC & overseas companies to ensure compliance with accounting, tax and statutory reporting requirements;
• Establish and maintain internal financial control disciplines and compliance, as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies; and
• Involve in budget and forecast process.

• Solid experience in fund management is preferred;
• Degree holder, major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Professional qualifications in Accounting such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent;
• At least 8 years' relevant working experience with both audit and commercial experience; with Big 4 experience is a must;
• Extensive experience in group accounts consolidation, financial analysis and knowledge of accounting standards as well as taxation is required;
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Process; and
• Occasional travels are required.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Finance Manager
