Job responsibilities:-
- Monitor the collection of account receivable and follow up overdue payments with proper action;
- Coordinate with different parties and to solve credit and billing issues;
- Prepare reconciliation report between AR & shipment report;
- Formulate weekly AR aging report, credit control reports sales and other trend analysis for management review;
- Assist with Treasury Manager to perform all treasury activities including preparing cash flow forecast, obtaining bank quote, placing deposit, preparing instruction to banks arranging payment and maintaining bank accounts and petty cash;
- Maintain / prepare accounting and treasury schedule;
- Prepare receiveable journal entries and related accounting schedules;
- Perform regular inter-companies reconciliation;
- Ensure timely completion of month-end closing;
- Perform other duties or ad hoc assignments as required from time to time.

Job requirements:-
- Degree holder in Accounting;
- At least 5 years' accounting experience in Banking / Finance;
- Solid working experience in handling full set of accounts;
- Strong analytical skills & problem solving skill with proactive attitude;
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate with all levels;
- Able to work independently and self-motivated, positive;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Word and Power Point. Knowledge in Flex & ERP system is a plus;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Immediate available preferred.
