Job Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily operation of settlement activities for equities and bonds
• To handle daily settlement operations including HK and US securities, fixed income, corporate actions and other Exchange/CCASS operations
• Perform daily stock and cash reconciliation, handle IPO, placing related operations
• Oversee the review and enhancement of internal operation procedures for both new and existing business operations
• Ensure all processing transactions are compiled with all relevant external regulators and in-house policies
• Communicate with internal and external parties to solve all settlement problems
• Participate in any other ad hoc projects such as UAT, system upgrade

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder of above
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in settlement operations in securities industry
• Strong knowledge with CCASS operations
• Familiar with Hundsun back office system is preferred
• Self-motivated, be responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidate with more experienece will be considered as Senior Settlement Manager
