Responsibilities 

• Independently handle day to day finance and accounts operations including school fee collection, banking, cheque issue and expenses reimbursement
• Mainly focus on monthly payroll, MPF and salary tax filling
• Monthly school fee reconciliation and investigate variances
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and work closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing variances and cost analysis
• Perform project cost forecasts/ budgets, monitoring and controls
• Prepare timely monthly consolidated financial statements, in-house reports and reconciliations
• Liaison with the Education Bureau and Inland Revenue Department
• Assist in ad hoc projects and others duties as assigned

Requirements 

• Degree/ Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
• 2-4 years' accounting experience and general administration
• Student member of HKICPA, or associate member of other professional accounting bodies is preferable (ACCA, CPA, CA, AICPA)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience in Audit is advantageous
• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting practice
• Highly developed accounting, analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented, flexible, good team player
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Experience in international school environment is preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage
