Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small accounts receivable team function, including payment allocations, timely collection of debts, assessment of overdue debtor accounts and assist with development and ensure all the accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Keep constant communication with sales team and customers regarding queries and disputes with their accounts and drive and deliver customer collections. Able to speak up and escalate issues.
- Handle/ assist with producing various reports for management on debtor’s status and cash flow.
- Perform month-end closing & prepare periodic schedules relating to AR and cash flow.
- Assist with the development and enforcement of the company credit policy, credit control, factoring, internal control policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Handle any finance related tasks to be assigned by supervisor from time to time.
- Diploma in Accounting / LCCI Level 3 or above.
- 5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and MNC is an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Excel and Word, experience in Steppro software is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
