Office Administrator / Coordinator

Job Duties:

Assist team project administration and documentation of fit-out projects. Duties include without limitation to prepare contract, assist tendering, follow-up material purchase, document filing, prepare project report and general office administrative work.

 Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Certificate or above in Admin / Building / Construction Management, Building Services or related disciplines;
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Program 2019 and strong technical background is an advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in contract administration etc; Able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent, strong problem solving skills and well-organized
• 5 days work
• Fresh graduate will be also considered as clerk
