An Accountant/ Assistant Accountant is now required as a result of business growth:

Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare month-end/ year-end closing, financial and management reports;
• Perform and manage the functions of accounts payable and receivable, including process payment to vendors;
• Oversee E-Commerce operation and relevant receivable;
• Update daily journal entries and prepare general ledger for accounts payable and receivable;
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and bank reconciliation;
• Support inventory management, audit and tax filing.

 Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting or Finance;
• 5 years’ experience in general financial accounting. Experience in accounts payable is desired;
• Proficient in ERP software and MS Office, including Word & Excel formulas (e.g. Pivot table, Vlookup & sumif) is required;
• Be number sensitive and attentive to details;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Accountant.
