We are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Business Services Division as Manager to cope with our fast growing practice.

What the job role is:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts and bookkeeping for clients including consolidation of management accounts, preparing of breakdowns and reconciliation schedules, cash flow statements
• Responsible for monthly payroll services to clients including monthly payroll calculation, tax returns, MPF contribution and payment arrangement
• In charge of treasury & payment administration such as review of bank reconciliation statement, cash flow and budget and fund movement statement
• Responsible for review and keep abreast of latest regulatory requirements
• Review and sign off KYC onboarding documentation
• Support to Senior in business development and client management such as attend client's meeting and prepare marketing materials

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in auditing/ or accounting
• Minimum 2 years' experience in supervisory level
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Taxation and Accounting Practices and Compliance 
• Proficient in various accounting software is  an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive
• Well versed in MS applications(PowerPoint, Excel, Word); proficient in various accounting software is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
