Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Managers / Managers, this role is accountable for:

• Responsible for managing the external auditors for the portfolio of properties
• Liaise with auditors and operation team for auditing tasks including but not limit to fee quote, resolving audit queries and reviewing and commenting the draft audited report.
• Responsible to ensure the audited reports are issued according to applicable accounting standards and regulation.
• Participate in audit reporting process enhancement and workflow optimization.
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• HKICPA or equivalent international professional bodies’ student
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or related professional qualification is preferred
• 2 -3 years' working experience in CPA professional firm
• Prior experience in handling property management auditing is definite advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail conscious and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to perform multi-task, work independently and be a good team player
• Presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using PC operation, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
