Responsibilities:

1.       Assist book-keeping and accounting data/journals entries, such as AR & AP reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, bank reconciliation;
2.       Preparing basic accounting reports in excel spreadsheet for consolidated review such as prepayment journals; sales & upfront journals, COGS journals;
3.       Assist in month ended report, such as Income statement, B/S, G/L transaction;
4.       File and maintain finance record;
5.       Handle ad-hoc transactions / assignments / special projects if needed, & perform any tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1.        Undergraduate students major in Finance / Accounting.
2.        Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent)
3.        Have an extremely good financial understanding.
4.        Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
5.        Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
6.        Well organized, self-motivated and willing to learn.
7.        Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8.        Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin).
9.        Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
10.     Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Vlookup, Pivot Table, Sumif, IF.
