Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Perform account receivable and customer invoicing and account payable to vendors
- Prepare vouchers, cheques, accounts schedules, reconciliation and data entry
- Assist in stock take process
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions, resolves account discrepancies
- Liaise with internal and external parties involved
- Collaborate with accounting team members to support various department and activities on a daily basis
- Monitor day-to-day cash flow and internal controls
- Assist in month-end closing and general accounts administration
- Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements:
- LCCI higher or above in accounting or related discipline
- Around 1 year of working experience in accounting field
- Proficiency in MS Excel (PIVOT TABLE, VLOOKUP), word and Chinese word processing
- Proficiency in MYOB is an advantage
- Responsible, mature, well-organized, detail-minded and result-oriented
