• Supervise the team to handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and month end closing.
• Prepare AR and AP aging reports 
• Reconcile inter-company transactions, arrange fund transfer
• Liaise with bank for finance matters such as loan drawdown, fixed deposit, maturity the investment products, loan repayment, etc.….
• Inventory management
• Willing to involve in accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency of financial procedures and internal control
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports 
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5-10 Years of working experience in finance/accounting/audit
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc) & Word
• Familiar with SAP System is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, good interpersonal skill and attention to details;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
