Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general accounting duties, data entry, invoice checking, supplier statement reconciliation and payments processing to suppliers etc.;
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of financial and management analysis reports;
• Assist in preparing monthly consolidated management accounts;
• Liaise with suppliers and auditors;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.

 Requirements:

• HKDSE graduate / Diploma or above in Accounting related discipline and or qualification;
• Experience in garment industry an advantage;
• Hands on knowledge of accounting software such as Igarment;
• Good computer skills in Microsoft office and applications, e.g. vlookup & pivot table;
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• A good team player with a strong desire to learn;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Fresh graduates will be considered;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
