Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating/updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance of business with relevant rules and regulations
• Evaluate risks and controls as well as recommend business focused solutions to mitigate risks, improve controls and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
• Perform financial, operational & compliance internal audit review
• Identify & report internal weakness and inefficiencies within the Company and business processes
• Provide value added recommendations for control weaknesses & operational efficiency improvement
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
• Member / Student member of relevant professional qualification is preferred (CPA/CIA)
• Minimum 3 years’ solid internal or external audit experience, preferably gained in retail industry, listed companies or professional firms
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Ability to perform multi-task, work independently and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
