• Support the superior in conducting various due diligence workstreams on live transactions

• Create and update financial models and conduct relevant analysis
• Develop and maintain proprietary data tracking and industry research files
• Provide administrative supports, including but not limited to organizing meetings / events, drafting memo, preparation of presentation materials and compilation of reports

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines. Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA is a plus

• 3 years of experience  in administrative role reporting directly to senior management

• Strong analytical skill, proficient in financial modelling is an absolute advantage
• Sound time and project management skills with can-do working attitude
• Conversant with written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Well versed in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
