Our client is a MNC Retail company with global operations. Due to expansion of business, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

We are now seeking for an /Senior Accountant (MNC Retail)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable control activities and manage the entity’s cashflow
• File all the contracts and invoices and handle vendor management
• Be responsible for tax issues and maintain good relationship with the Tax Authority
• Carry out maintenance of the account codes and ensure the cost allocations in alignment with global standards
• Work closely with the global team and manage accounting operation including reconciliation and month-end closing
• Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercise
• Liaise with external auditors in the annual audit of consolidated financial statements of the Group
• Maintain strong internal controls ensuring compliance with all finance related statutory requirements
• Support the Senior Finance Director and senior management team with projects and tasks when requiredSupply Chain
• Generate daily stock on hand report by location
• Weekly alert monitoring on SOH vs. sales forecast, vs. actual sales
• Master data maintenance for ChinaSKUs
• Support document translations(Simplified Chinese/English)
• Responsible for documentation work-customs clearance, invoices, packing list filing, logistic invoices vs. quotation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in Accounting &Financeor related discipline
• CPA/ACCA qualification
• 3-5 years relevant experience, previous experience in TMall, retailand E-commerce industry is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is required
