Responsibilities
- Reporting to the HR & Admin Manager, provide all round support to the Group HR & Admin Department
- HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, personnel record maintenance, leave record maintenance, compensation and benefits, payroll, and tax return
- Admin duties such as expense claims, renewal of service contracts and licenses, office equipment, and office supplies
- Support in organizing company events and functions
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 3 years’ relevant work experience or more
- Being well -organized, attentive to details
- Good IT skills, experience with HRIS essential
- Responsible, professional, with a can-do attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fluent Mandarin an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Chinese input
