• Responsible for benefit administration, payroll management and attendance management
• Handle annual C&B exercises including but not limited to tax return, salary administration and performance bonus payout.
• Assist in reviewing C&B policies, procedures and in accordance with Company policy & applicable laws and regulations.
• Handling monthly C&B reports
• Participate in C&B ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration
• Around 3 years payroll management experience, preferable in sizeable companies
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Familiar in SAP would be an advantages
• Detail oriented, fast learner, able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience may considered as Senior Officer level
