Job Description
My client, a sizable China base company, is now looking for a outstanding talent:
Human Resources Manager – (35K - 50K) (5days, double pay)(urgent)
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience; has china base company experiences is must;
- To perform all-round HR functions to the company such as compensation & benefits, budgeting & control, training & development, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management;
- To formulate, draft, implement and constantly update the HR policies and regulations in compliance with the Group’s direction and local Labour Ordinance;
- To lead and execute in various HR projects on an ad-hoc basis;
- Native in Mandarin is preferred, good in English
- Less experiences will consider as senior officer
