Responsibilities:

• Handle general HR administration works includes HR systems maintenance, letters preparation and filing
• Participate in recruitment includes posting job advertisements, screening CVs and scheduling interviews
• Handle commission payroll
• Responsible for Internship recruitment
• Prepare employment contract, arrange staff on/off boarding, employment reference check and new staff orientation
• Handle staff’s leave application
• SFC license application and termination of staff members
• Handle medical claim administration includes enrolment, termination and following up shortfall invoice.
• Handle work visa application, renewal and termination
• Provide support in staff training and recreational activities
• Provide support in HRIS administration and enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree or above with at least 3 years of HR working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Well-versed in computer applications i.e. MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and a good team player
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
