"Marae Limited" is endeavored to creating “fresh supermarket” with new retail concept for the new generation. Pioneering a brand-new business model, we integrate elements of fresh market, supermarket, and gourmet in one. Each supermarket consists of a number of themed zones, assembling diversified fresh ingredients, daily groceries, and F&B.

We are currently owning two brands, namely “FRESH新鮮生活” and “Hong Kong Flavour 本灣水產”. There are four branches in total, which are located at The LOHAS (Tseung Kwan O), Kornhill Plaza (Taikoo), Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre (Wong Tai Sin) and Tsuen Kam Centre (Tsuen Wan). The largest branch occupies more than 20,000 sq. ft. to satisfy the daily needs of residents.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Line Managers to provide professional advice and solution;
• Support full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, HR Business Partner, manpower planning, staffing, talent management, pre-onboarding logistics, etc.
• Be responsible the whole cycle of recruiting frontline and corporate positions.
• Handle staff enquiries on different HR matters
• Participate in HR projects and talent development programs as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years' solid HR experience gained from Retail / F&B/ sizable organizations, preferable from fast-paced industries.
• Strong skillset in problem solving, talent management and communication.
• Proactive, independent and able to handle multi tasks.
• Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
