Job Description

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • 5 passes in HKCEE including Chinese, English & Mathematics
  • At least 5 years' solid HR all-round experience & 3 years or above supervisory experience
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance & related legislations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good command of written English & Chinese
  • Mature, independent, good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in delivering full spectrum of HR functions
  • Assist in formulating HR-related policies & procedures
  • Provide advice to management on legislation and staff issues
  • Prepare analysis reports on staff statistics
  • Responsible for HRIS enhancement and staff benefits review
  • In charge of ad-hoc HR projects and assignments

The Hong Kong Society for the Blind (HKSB) was established in 1956.  Over the years, we have developed a wide range of services covering eye care and low vision services, rehabilitation and vocational training, educational support, employment guidance, adaptive technology advisory service, information and communication technology applications to improve information access for the visually impaired, rehabilitation service for persons with multiple disabilities and visual impairment (MDVI), and residential care for the aged blind. To provide services to help maximize the capabilities of the visually impaired, facilitate their equal participation in society and improve their quality of life with a view to achieving a harmonious and inclusive society.
