Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and partnership to Department Heads to ascertain their needs and recommend organizational structure and manpower planning
• Identify, prioritize and develop organizational capabilities and behaviors to build a workforce that is future-ready
• Effectively partner with challenge and influence Department Heads to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions
• Be a disruptor, driving culture change and delivering change initiatives
• Provide full spectrum of HR services to both office and frontline staff including manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention, performance management and employee relations etc.
• Formulate, review and implement HR policies & procedures to ensure the compliance of local laws and regulations
• Handle staff enquires and support employee engagement activities
• Lead and participate actively in HR related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in HR function, including using effective and updated recruitment channel for frontline staff and team building exposure.
• Knowledge in F&B industry sector is an advantage
• Strong business acumen and proficient in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
• Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skill, and self-motivated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS office
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with higher calibre would be considered as Manager
