Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling HR functions include but not limit to recruitment, employee relations and performance review
• Handle full spectrum daily C&B functions including payroll calculation, leave & attendance checking
• Provide HR-related supports, such as interview arrangement, office new joiner and onboarding process
• Assist to review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide office administrative support, including filing, data entry etc.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above (Pass in Chinese, English and Mathematics)
• Holding Certificate in Human Resources or Administration
• 1 year relevant experiences 
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and C&B regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good typing in both Chinese and English
