Job Description
The job holder will play an important role in providing the Human Resources function of a steadily growing organization in the medical and healthcare industry.
Job Duties
- Responsible for full functions of HR, including recruitment arrangement, payroll administration, roster and leave management also employee relations
- Maintain an effective record of the company, including data entry and filing
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments when required
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 0-2 years relevant working experience, experience in HR is desirable
- Flexible, proactive and a good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Immediately available is an advantage
