Job Description

Our client is one of the leading retail / sourcing companies. With their expanding business, they are now seeking a People Capability Officer (HR Officer) to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a HR Business Partnership in end-to-end recruitment process for non-managerial level including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offer / contract and conducting reference check
  • Work closely with department managers and internal stakeholders to identify the right candidates and the hiring needs
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities such as new joiner orientation, training and workshops
  • Provide professional advice on team members such as company policies, culture and value
  • Support hiring manager to facilitate the annual performance review process
  • Work with hiring manager in employee relations such as handling team member issues / work disputes
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events such as annual dinner, wellness activities, team building and gathering to enhance employee relationship and sense of belonging
  • Consolidate and prepare local monthly recruitment reports for hiring manager analysis and review

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree sin Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the recruitment / stakeholder management, in a sizable or MNC companies, with retail or sourcing industry experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in HK Employment Ordinance or other related regulations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-minded, organized and able to work independently
  • Good knowledge of HRIS is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
