Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF, taxation, attendance & leave administration and other related matters
• Processing internal administration arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
• Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
• Provide full spectrum of office administration support including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office consumables, insurance renewal.
• Other ad hoc projects as required
• Assist in records management including HR system, staff personal files leave record, etc.).
• Back up to the reception work if necessary

Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in HR and administration
• Good knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and the related regulatory requirements
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office & Chinese Word Processing & istaff
• To be a good team player
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Positive mindset and mature with high sense of integrity and confidentiality
• Immediate available will be highly preferred

No traveling required.

In 2018, P&C initiated a group of worldwide well-known growers, industrial leaders and professional authority in various fields to found an NGO, International Growers Standards Organisation (IGSO), with the goals to set up standards and accreditation schemes for global growers and agricultural products, to provide the public with an objective way to understand the standards of agricultural products whether there is any counterfeit, fake labels, unauthorized planting methods, etc.

To further develop good agricultural products, Good Talent Creation Limited was established in 2017, this is our newly invested technology company aimed to digitize the agricultural industry. The major goal is to adopt sophisticated technologies to utilize blockchain and to achieve traceability, authenticity, artificial intelligence (AI), data integrity and food safety. By using Mobile APP to educate and establish communication between the end consumers and the growers in order to achieve the great vision of IGSO.
