- Drive the total reward annual activities including performance management, salary review and bonus exercise, workforce budget planning, etc
- Supports HR counterparts of relevant business lines in total reward management, including salary benchmarking and total reward communication, etc.
- Manage and handle monthly payroll process and HR data for the completed employee life cycle events
- Manage benefits administration and co-ordinate annual benefits policy review
- Supports management, tracking and reporting of staffing costs to construct budgets and provide regular monthly forecasting, working in close partnership other cross functional team
- Build an effective communicate channel and work closely with senior business stakeholders and HR counterparts
- Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources discipline or other related discipline
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience, preferably with sizable and MNC environment
- Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end payroll operations, knowledge of IPL, SAP and SAP Success Factor will be an asset
- Well-versed in the Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with the stakeholders and regional staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details and be a strong individual contributor
- Positive attitude and strong drive to succeed
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
