Responsibilities: 

l   Support training administration including class scheduling, class enrolment, record updating
l   Design, develop & deliver training programs, particularly on Orientation, Customer Services, Food Safety, Quality Control, Management as well as Soft Skills
l   Prepare and update training materials, hand-outs and tools for in-house training
l   Handle and participate ad hoc assignments as required

Qualification Requirement:

l   High Diploma or above in any related disciplines
l   Experience on training or HR experience, a background in F&B/ FMCG industry an advantage
l   1-3 years relevant working experience
l   Strong presentation and project management skills
l   Excellent communication skill, good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
l   PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese word Processing
l   Fresh Graduate will also be considered
l   Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Training Assistant
