Job Descriptions:

• Provide recruitment logistics support including placement of job advertisements, interview arrangement, preparation of manpower and recruitment related information
• Perform data entry in Human Resources System
• Provide general office support, including filing/photocopying/scanning work, processing digital files and maintenance of proper file records
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Completed F.5 with at least 2 years clerical working experience
• Familiar with Employment and other related Ordinances
• Hands on experience of PC operation and knowledge of common software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Contract till 1 Nov 2024 after probation
