Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate/Review company policies and procedures
2. Lead HR team to support all business of Tuenbo group
3. Supervise HR team of PRC to responsible for all C&B matters, and in-charge full process of recruitment and coach HR team to hire vacancy
4. Support operations for the business of education (international schools, language center)
5. Monitor staff performance and build up relationship
6. Ad hoc duties as assigned by the top management

Job Requirement

• Degree holder, preferably in HR/BA/Management or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years or above relevant working experience of PRC, education industry is preferable;
• Well versed in Labour Legislation in Hong Kong and PRC (勞動合同法、五險一金、個稅);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive and detail-minded, self-motivated, responsible and work independent;
• Excellent command of both written & spoken in English & Chinese;
• Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.).

Main Workplace: Hong Kong (headquarter), visit branch office in PRC
