Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Head of School and Deputy Head of School.
The ideal candidate will have a positive approach and the ability to learn quickly. The individual must be able to work efficiently and under pressure at times, handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills; excellent oral and written communication; experience working in a supportive role, preferably in an educational setting. Must have good judgment, patience, and flexibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Head of School and the Deputy Head of School
- Handle sensitive, confidential and personal information in a professional manner
- Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Organize meetings, schedules and able to handle complex calendar management
- Act as School Policies gatekeeper
- Be responsible for general communication at schoolwide level
- Liaise with both internal and external parties
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
- Degree holder with minimum 10 years' relevant experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua an advantage
- Proficient in computer applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to details, self-motivated, well-organized and high flexibility
- Immediate available preferred
