  • Lead an office management team for the day-to-day office operations for Head Office and other CLP properties including but not limited to office administrative services, pool cars services, pantry services, mailing services, security service, telecommunication service, meeting rooms and reception services
  • Prepare, manage and analyse departmental budget and operating expenses
  • Review and implement relevant office policies, management process, guidelines and procedures for effective operation and efficient resources deployment
  • Manage the outsourced facilities management vendors, service providers to ensure quality services are delivered in accordance with the SLA and contract requirements
  • Conduct periodic review with services contractors for continuous service improvements
  • Assist in procurement and tendering of workplace related services, office supplies and other required service/ goods, including preparation of the tender documents and specifications
  • Manage emergency incidents and assist to resolve incidents in timely and effective manner, and recommending and driving continuous improvements
  • Coordinate the compliance of ISO 45001, manage and maintain office health and safety including fire evacuation plan and annual fire drill
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree in Facilities Management, Property Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ solid experience of office facilities management with at least 2 years in supervisory level. Experience in in-house Facilities Management, office operation management is a definite advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
  • Experience in ISO projects is a definite advantage
  • Proactive, independent, customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to response appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues
  • Self-starter, well-organised and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
