Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist in implementing the community engagement plans and programmes
- To prepare logistic arrangement of community engagement activities including but not limited to District Advisory Committee meetings, consultation workshops, liaison meetings, events, resident meetings, briefings and meetings with concern groups and stakeholders
- To prepare good records of all correspondence/project updates
- To prepare acknowledgement and interim replies to complaints/enquiries received
- To monitor local sentiments through cyber petrol and other means to detect signs of risk
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline (preferably in communications or public administration)
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer software application and MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and simple design
