Responsibilities :

• Provide full spectrum of human resources services including but not limited to payroll calculation, recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation benefits, performance management and HR administration support;
• Participate in recruitment and hiring process including but not limited in process streamline improvement, reports, candidates sourcing strategies, etc.;
• Address employee concerns and issues in a timely manner; inform and work with HR Managers on sensitive and complex situations;
• Support the HR managers on special assignments and ad-hoc projects;
• Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior HR Executive

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline;
• 5 years’ relevant HR experience in sizable organization, preferably in F&B or retail industries is advantage;
• Experience in in HR system implementation and knowledge in IPL is an advantage
• Analytical thinking with good numerical sense;
•  Well-versed in Employment Ordinance;
•  Independent and good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
•  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
•  Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
