Job Description
Our client is a listed chemicals company in the world. They are looking for an Executive Assistant based in HK. This position reports to VP of Asia and is responsible for, providing business support to the VP and Leadership Team primarily, and secretarial and business support to the members of the region and Asia team.

Responsibilities
Business Support to VP and Leadership Team
• Support VP of Asia day to day business activities
• Manage and prioritize the calendar well organized
• Provide business travel assistance for assigned teams and visitors
• Support the hosting of internal and external meetings
Office Administration
• Manage and lead the Administration Team
• Ensure office policy and procedure are in place
• Ensure the team performance is satisfaction and excellent support is provided
• Ensure the team performance is satisfaction and excellent support is provided
Qualifications
• University Degree or above in Administrative Management
• Minimum 6 years of EA or PA experience; Experience gained from the Chemical industry is an advantage
• Languages: fluency in English is a must
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
