• Report to Vice President of Operations
• Provide administrative support to Flight Operations Centre
• Responsible for effective tracking of all inbound / outbound correspondence at Flight Operations Centre
• Verify and review invoices from services providers
• Verify and review crew reimbursement
• Communicate with services providers regarding for billing issue
• Post-flight document data input and filing
• Maintain department filing system with FAA regulations and IS-BAO standard
• Prepare and follow up on operations reports

• Post-Secondary Education with excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing
• Basic knowledge of airline operations, preferably with experience in operations and operations support
• Good team player with excellent communication skills
