Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and verifying the on-site Attendance records and Payment of wages to all Site Workers;
• Responsible for preparing and submitting regular reports on wages and MPF contribution records;
• Provide all necessary assistance to the Assistant Clerical Officer (Labour Relations) in the monitoring process and in the handling of complaints on arrears of wages raised by any Site Workers.
• Work with relevant departments/ parties to fulfill submission requirements of the project and promote communication with workers;
• To carry out site documentary works as required.

Requirements

• Level 2 or above in Five subjects HKDSE or Grade “E” in HKCEE including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent
• Good knowledge and Experience of the operation and practices of the Construction industry and HR-related duties;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and relevant labour legislation;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good computer skills including MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available is preferred.
