Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
• 5-6 years working experience in human resources functions
• Solid experience in handling full recruitment cycle and staff relations
• Previous experience in sizable corporations is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented, energetic, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver HR support on different aspects on recruitment and employee relations
• Coordinate end to end recruitment process with line managers and external parties
• Responsible for preparing job ads, resumes selection, interview to offer confirmation
• Handle onboard arrangement & new hires orientation and organize employee activities
• Update HR records and prepare regular HR statistical reports for management review
