Responsibilities:

• Responsible full spectrum of HR & Administration duties
• Responsible for office administration and day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
• Oversee and provide support and training to administrative staff on daily office administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of the offices; and other ad-hoc projects as needed
• Establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes
• Managing the recruitment and selection process

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in Human Resource Management / Business Administration with at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position
• Bachelor degree or above preferred
• Familiar with local Employment Ordinance
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Flexible, detail-oriented, well organized with strong leadership skills
• Able to take initiative, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communications skill. Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. Dynamic, proactive, and diplomatic
• Overseas travelling is required
