Our client is a rapidly expanding US buying office, and they are looking for a temporary HR & Admin Officer to support the APAC team as a maternity cover. This role is responsible for general office administration duties, including handling office supplies, office upkeep, leasing, vendor management, etc.

Key responsibilities:

Office Administration:

• Responsible for general office admin duties, handling office supplies, office maintenance, leasing, vendor management, etc.
• Manage office expenses and working closely with the Accounting team for payment requests
• Support team building events
• Manage IT and office equipment

HR Support

• Work closely with US HQ and external recruiters to support recruitment activities in Hong Kong & Taiwan
• Work closely with the Accounting team for payroll matters for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia
• Support employee onboarding & offboarding
• Handle leave management
• Update HR database

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources/Administration/Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Administration operations
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Well-organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedule
• Professional, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in PC skills, Office 365 and Chinese typing
