Job Description
Our client is a rapidly expanding US buying office, and they are looking for a temporary HR & Admin Officer to support the APAC team as a maternity cover. This role is responsible for general office administration duties, including handling office supplies, office upkeep, leasing, vendor management, etc.
Key responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Responsible for general office admin duties, handling office supplies, office maintenance, leasing, vendor management, etc.
- Manage office expenses and working closely with the Accounting team for payment requests
- Support team building events
- Manage IT and office equipment
HR Support
- Work closely with US HQ and external recruiters to support recruitment activities in Hong Kong & Taiwan
- Work closely with the Accounting team for payroll matters for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia
- Support employee onboarding & offboarding
- Handle leave management
- Update HR database
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Human Resources/Administration/Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Administration operations
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Well-organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedule
- Professional, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in PC skills, Office 365 and Chinese typing
