Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions
  • Drive a full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits etc.
  • Formulate human resources programs, policies and procedures that are in compliance with all employment related Employment ordinance
  • Maintain employee record and data in a digital and efficient way, able to produce ad-hoc reports to facilitate data driven decision making and to identify and recommend process improvements
  • Responsible for full range of administrative functions including daily office operations and supplies, process payment, office maintenance, insurance, club membership etc.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 10 years' solid experience in Office Operations or Human Resources Management preferred
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF schedule ordinance and relevant legislations;
  • Well-organized, attentive to details, with strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasking
  • A good team player and detail-minded
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
