Responsibilities:

• Provide full range administration support to HRS team, including filing, documentation, data entry and reports preparation
• Responsible for benefit administration including MPF & medical insurance enrollment and termination
• Handle redemption and keep track of record
• Handle invoice / payment request and ensure timely settlement
• Handle staff enquires
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• With HR working experience and familiar with Hong Kong employment ordinances is an advantage
• Proactive and with self-motivation and positive working attitude
• High level of confidentiality & detail-conscious
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
