Job Description
- Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to payroll, taxation, reward management, C&B administration, incentive scheme administration, periodic HR reporting, employees’ compensation and other C&B projects.
- Assist to supervise a small team to perform compensation & benefits functions.
- Take lead in annual C&B exercises and projects including but not limited to annual salary review & discretionary bonus, performance management, benchmarking and annual insurance renewals.
- Prepare HR statistical and management reports
- Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to regulation & internal guidelines
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
- At least 6 years’ proven HR experience in retail sector, FMCG or relevant sizable companies in which 2 years at managerial level on people & projects
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other related legislation;
- Strong at analytical, problem solving and database management;
- Proficient in MS Office application with excellent excel and powerpoint knowledge;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Immediate available will be an advantage
