Report to the HR Manager and the Team Lead. As a member of the C&B Team, the major duties and responsibilities of this role will take place in the delivery of HR services in the below aspects:
- Full-spectrum of C&B functions
- Account servicing for assigned business lines
- General Human Resources administration
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF contribution, attendance and leave administration, etc.
- Communicate with all levels of employees and perform account servicing duties for assigned business lines
- Maintain and update employee records to HRIS and participate in new HRIS deployment and implementation
- Participate in formulating HR-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standard
- Provide support to conduct ad hoc analysis and prepare regular reports for management review
- Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sizable organizations
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR practice
- Good computer literacy, high proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Analytical, independent, responsible, proactive, and detail-minded
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
