Your Role as Administrative Officer 

• Provide full range of administrative support including payment and contract process;
• Manage the repair and maintenance work of the office facilities;
• Manage services contractors for delivering quality services;
• Assist the in-house meetings or events;
• Manage internal administration records and filing system
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the projects are completed within time frame and budget
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned

What We Are Expecting from You

• 1 year or above administrative experiences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a can-do attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Result-oriented mentality – simply doing the process is not enough
• Language proficiency in English and Cantonese
