JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily sales operation, such as quotations, order arrangements, after-sales services;
• Work with Finance team for month-end closing 
• Assist Finance team on Account Receivable 
• Complete related paper works and reports timely;
• Follow-up daily requests from department head, handle the schedule
• Various ad-hoc HR/ Admin duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting/ Business Administration
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and vlookup
• Detail-minded with high accuracy
• Polite, solicitous and positive thinking;
• Willing to learn and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
