Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and executive support to Director
• Preparation of costing and other analytical reports for cost calculation, comparison, control, and other purposes
• Responsible for coordination with oversea manufacturers
• Prepare marketing materials and supporting documents
• Responsible for general office administration works
• Carry out duties and works assigned by directors

Requirements:

• Form 7, DSE or above.
• At least 2 years working experience at similar nature of works.
• Positive “can-do” attitude.
• Eager to learn and take up responsibility.
• Can work under pressure and tight deadline schedule.
• Honest and loyal to company.
• Can communicate with spoken English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
• Working on one Saturday morning for every month is required.

Salary and Prospect:

Candidate with good performance can be promoted to Assistant to Director.
