- Lead a TA team to manage and execute the full recruitment life cycle for employees of all levels
- Develop and drive employer branding strategy
- Act as the business partner and collaborate with Operations Department, drive and advise on job descriptions, hiring procedures, candidate selection, hiring campaign design and onboarding practices
- Manage all external vendors to ensure that all services are meeting business needs and up-to-standard
- Develop and execute Human Resources policies and procedures
- Degree educated in HR/ Business Administration or related disciplines
- 10 years of above relevant experience gained from sizable companies
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices Proficient in using different recruitment channels
- Good team leader and motivator
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
