Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, taxation, compensation & benefits and staff relations, etc 
• Assist in handling annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance appraisal, insurance renewal, annual salary review.
• Coordinate and liaison with line managers on staff issue 
• Support in HR policies and procedures update and review
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects, such as Recruitment Day, Annual Dinner and other staff activities
• Prepare monthly staff cost report and ESG report
• Handle MPF, medical scheme and Life Insurance enrollment
• Assist in office administrative work

Requirements

• University Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in IT or financial institutions
• Proficient at MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Well organized and self-motivated
• Immediately available is preferred
